GIZA


Giza Pyramids were built by the three old kingdom Pharaohs of the 4th Dynasty Khufu (Greek name Cheops), Khafre (Chephren) and Menkaure (Mykerinus).

Khufu's mortuary complex includes the solar boat and three smaller pyramid's for his queens, while Chephren's includes a large complex including the great Sphinx and Menkaure's has three small pyramids for his queens.

Khufu (Cheops) the largest man made stone structure and last remaining of the seven ancient wonders of the world Chephren's pyramid has the appearance of being taller but is build on higher ground. Chephren (Khafre) was Khufu's son. Menkaure (Mykerinus) was Chephren's successor. His is the smaller of the three pyramids
